By accessing the Site or using the BLO service, the user (hereinafter the 'User') acknowledges having read these T&Cs and accepts them fully and without reservation. In case of disagreement, the User must stop using the services.

3Scope of application

4Jurisdiction and applicable law

The Site and BLO service are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, Belgian courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

The official language of these T&Cs and legal communications is French.

5Description of services

5.1 BLO Service (WhatsApp chatbot)

BLO is a chatbot accessible via WhatsApp, designed to help students organize their studies.

Features may include:

  • generation and adjustment of personalized schedules;
  • tracking of tasks, work time, and goals;
  • optional synchronization with Google Calendar (with explicit consent);
  • personalized notifications and reminders via WhatsApp;
  • statistics and progress indicators.

5.2 Other services

iBlocus also offers, directly or indirectly, complementary services:

  • newsletter and educational content;
  • templates (e.g., Notion);
  • blog and organizational resources.

Some features are free, others may be included in paid offers (subscriptions, paid beta, etc.).

6Access to services

Access to the Site requires an Internet connection. Access to BLO requires a valid WhatsApp account. No specific iBlocus account is required at this stage, but some personal data may be processed (see 'Personal Data Protection' section).

The User must be at least 13 years old or have authorization from their legal guardian to use the services.

iBlocus reserves the right to limit or suspend access to any User who does not comply with these T&Cs.

7Acceptance of T&Cs

Acceptance of these T&Cs may be collected notably by:

  • checkbox during registration or payment on the Site;
  • confirmation message in WhatsApp (for example, by replying 'ACCEPT');
  • explicit validation via the payment form (e.g., Stripe).

This acceptance constitutes a contractual agreement between iBlocus and the User. iBlocus may retain proof of this acceptance (date, method, T&Cs version).

8Personal Data Protection

iBlocus processes User personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian legislation.

Data that may be processed includes:

  • WhatsApp phone number;
  • schedule and organizational data;
  • data from Google Calendar synchronization (if enabled);
  • usage data (study time, tasks, progress, etc.).

The purposes, retention periods, and User rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.) are detailed in the iBlocus Privacy Policy, accessible on the Site.

8.1 Data Deletion

The User may request the deletion of their personal data at any time by sending an email to [email protected] with their phone number. Data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

9Intellectual Property

The Site and each of its elements (trademarks, logos, graphics, texts, images, videos, databases, etc.) are protected by Belgian and international intellectual property legislation.

Third-party trademarks and content are the property of their respective owners. iBlocus uses, among other things, a robot from the Spline platform, as well as copyrighted emojis.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, adaptation, publication, transmission, or use of all or part of the Site or services is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10User Obligations

The User agrees in particular to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • use the services for personal and non-fraudulent purposes;
  • not send illegal, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or pornographic content;
  • not disrupt the proper functioning of services or attempt to divert them from their purpose.

iBlocus reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of non-compliance with these T&Cs.

11Liability

iBlocus makes every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Site and BLO service. However, iBlocus cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.

The information provided (schedules, recommendations, educational content, etc.) is intended to support the User in their organization, but in no way constitutes professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, etc.).

iBlocus cannot be held liable for:

  • decisions made by the User based on the information provided;
  • indirect or immaterial damages (loss of opportunity, data loss, etc.);
  • content of third-party sites accessible via hyperlinks.

12General Terms of Sale

12.1 Offers and prices

Paid services (for example: monthly or annual subscriptions, beta offers, etc.) are presented on the Site or in iBlocus communication materials.

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and are expressed as 'VAT not applicable - tax exemption scheme'. As a small business benefiting from the tax exemption scheme, iBlocus does not charge VAT, while having a VAT identification number (BE0791.665.005).

iBlocus reserves the right to modify its prices in the future. Modifications do not apply retroactively to periods already paid.

12.2 Payment

Payment for paid services is due immediately upon order, by the means offered (credit card, Stripe, or any other indicated provider).

The User guarantees being authorized to use the chosen payment method and that it covers the full amount due.

12.3 Subscriptions and renewal

Some services are offered as automatically renewed subscriptions (monthly, annual, etc.), unless the User disables automatic renewal.

The User can end automatic renewal by following the instructions on the Site or by contacting iBlocus before the next billing date.

12.4 Right of withdrawal

When the User qualifies as a consumer, they benefit, in principle, from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the order.

However, this right may be limited or excluded in cases provided by law, notably when:

  • the digital service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the User's express prior consent;
  • the User has expressly waived their right of withdrawal.

By requesting immediate activation of BLO or a digital service before the end of the 14-day period, the User acknowledges that service performance begins and that their right of withdrawal may expire once the service is provided.

12.5 Refunds

Any refund request must be sent to iBlocus at [email protected], with a clear description of the reason.

Possible refunds (for example, in case of double payment or obvious billing error) are studied on a case-by-case basis. Outside cases provided by law, refunds are not automatic.

12.6 Suspension and termination

iBlocus may suspend or terminate access to paid services in case of:

  • total or partial non-payment of amounts due;
  • fraud or attempted fraud;
  • serious violation of these T&Cs.

The User may terminate their subscription according to the terms specified on the Site or by contacting iBlocus. Unless otherwise specified, termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

13Special Blocus Offer – Special conditions (Subscription)

13.1 Subscription description

The Special Blocus Offer is offered as a monthly subscription priced at 4,99€ per month. It allows the User to benefit from a personalized study program generated by BLO, our artificial intelligence. This program is directly integrated into the student's schedule.

The subscription has no minimum term. It is tacitly renewed every month on the anniversary date of the subscription, unless terminated by the User.

13.2 Non-refund policy

⚠️ Important information regarding the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the User acknowledges and accepts that the Special Blocus Offer is non-refundable for the started month once the monthly payment is made.

This exclusion from the right of withdrawal is justified by the fact that:

  • The personalized study program constitutes custom digital content, created specifically for the User based on their personal data and academic preferences.
  • Program generation begins immediately after payment confirmation, making the service instantly consumed and non-returnable for the billed period.
  • By making the payment, the User expressly consents to the immediate execution of the service and waives their right of withdrawal for the current period.

13.3 Exception: Technical failure

As an exception to the non-refund principle, a full refund of the last monthly payment may be granted in the event that BLO failed to generate the study program due to a technical problem attributable to iBlocus (system error, server failure, software bug, etc.).

Important note: This exception does not apply if the program was indeed generated but does not fully meet the User's expectations or preferences. Since the program is generated by artificial intelligence, variations or adaptations from initial wishes do not constitute grounds for refund.

For any refund request related to a technical failure, the User must contact iBlocus at [email protected] providing details of the incident encountered.

14Complaint management

Any complaint must be sent by email to: [email protected].

iBlocus will endeavor to acknowledge receipt of the complaint, analyze it, and respond within a reasonable time. If additional time is needed, the User will be informed.

15Availability and maintenance

iBlocus may modify, update, temporarily or permanently interrupt or suspend all or part of the Site or services, particularly for maintenance, improvement, or update operations.

16Modification of T&Cs

iBlocus reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Modifications are applicable as soon as they are posted on the Site, unless otherwise indicated.

In case of substantial modification, iBlocus may inform the User by any appropriate means (notice on the Site, message via BLO, email, etc.).

17Contact

For any questions regarding these T&Cs or iBlocus services, the User may contact:
