iBlocus en iBlocus WhatsApp Bot

Bij iBlocus zijn we toegewijd aan het beschermen van de privacy van onze gebruikers, ook bij het gebruik van onze WhatsApp-bot, ontworpen om studenten te helpen bij het beheren van hun rooster, synchroniseren met hun Google Agenda en het volgen van hun voortgang.
1Data collected
When using our WhatsApp bot, we may collect and process the following data:
- Identification data: first name, last name (if provided), WhatsApp phone number.
- Planning data: events created or synchronized via Google Calendar, availability slots, work objectives.
- Tracking data: declared study time, completed tasks, progress on objectives.
- Bot conversations: messages exchanged to provide assistance or personalized support.
6Data security
We implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data.
🔒 Data is hosted on secure servers in Europe (via Ionos), and access is strictly controlled.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

📧 Data deletion instructions
iBlocus WhatsApp bot users can request the deletion of their personal data at any time.
To do so: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject 'Data deletion request', specifying the phone number used to interact with the bot.
Upon receipt of the request, all associated personal data will be deleted from our systems within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with GDPR.
