When I was in my first year at university, I felt completely overwhelmed. 😵‍💫 I had so many courses to keep up with, my notes were scattered everywhere, and I never knew exactly what I needed to review. Result: I was wasting a ton of time searching for my notes ⏳ and deciding what to study first. I was constantly stressed about forgetting something important or failing my exams.

To solve this problem, I created a simple Notion template to clearly organize my tasks, courses, and study sessions. ✅ It allowed me to know exactly what to do each day and have more time to actually study. 📆

FREE TEMPLATE

**1. Dashboard **📌

The dashboard centralizes all your resources for quick and structured access: courses, questions, notes, tasks — everything is at your fingertips. We'll go into more detail about the Study Session further below.

On the right, three dynamic charts let you track your progress at a glance:

⏳ Accumulated study time

Everything is automated, giving you a clear view of your progress and productivity! 🚀

Need to add a question? Nothing simpler: create a new page and write down your information.

**2. Work Planning **📅

The key to good organization is knowing what to do and when to do it. With this template, you can easily plan your tasks and find them in no time thanks to different views:

✅ Today's tasks: To focus on what needs to be done right now.

🔜 Tomorrow's tasks: To anticipate and avoid last-minute surprises.

📋 All tasks: A complete view to see all your upcoming work.

Each task is linked to a subject, a type of work (lab, theory, etc.), a date, and a status (done or not). You can track your progress in real time and adjust your schedule as you go.

Everything is designed to help you structure your work efficiently and stop wasting time figuring out what to do next! 🚀

All your planned tasks appear in an interactive calendar, giving you a clear picture of your workload and helping you spread your effort more evenly.

💡 What if a task doesn't have a date yet? No worries! They're stored in the "Unscheduled tasks" section, so you can schedule them later without risking forgetting them.

3. Study Session ⏳

It's hard to measure your study time without the right tool... That's where the Study Session comes in!

With two simple buttons — Start and Stop — you can start and stop a timer at any moment. Each session automatically creates a new entry in the list, including:

📌 What you're working on

📚 The subject

🕒 Start and end time

⏱ Total session duration (calculated automatically)

This tool helps you track your study time precisely, identify your study habits, and better optimize your schedule. No more guessing: you have a clear picture of the time actually spent on each subject! 🎯

But that's not all! From this same page, you have direct access to:

📝 Your notes to quickly review a key concept

✅ Today's tasks to stay organized

❓ Your questions (and you can easily add more) so nothing goes unanswered
